Private Tours are only offered in 1 hour time slots. These tours takes about 50 minutes. These tours are not the same as our Backstage Tours offered during the Main Event "Show Nights".
Tour time slots must be filled to run a tour. When booking your tour, pick your date, and timeslot. 24 hours before your date, if the timeslot is not filled, we may contact you to reschedule. Up to 10 people per tour. |

(not offered during the Main Event "Show Nights") On our Day and Night tours, plan on a 50 minute tour where you'll get to see: - All 3 scare trails on a guided tour, - Learn some tricks of the trade, - See some unseen areas backstage, - Learn about our designs and themes, - Check out our Wardrobe and Makeup departments, and - Find out how we make it all happen every year. Years ago, after hearing from a guest who did not want to continue her trip through one of our trails
due to her wheelchair slowing her down on the path,
we decided to do something about it.
Although our trails are wheelchair accessible,
we acknowledge that some may feel uncomfortable,
not being able to go at their own pace, or not feel rushed.
Or some may simply need just a little more time, even to take a break!
In an effort to offer an equally enjoyable experience to all of our special needs guests,
we made the decision to offer a night designed just for them.
Wednesday, October 11th - event starts for everyone at 7:30pm and ends at 10pm.
Only guests who require special needs and *their group* are permitted at this event.
Extra seating, helping hands and a catered timeline will make it easy and fun for everybody!
**Tickets available at the door only.**
Please note: This event is designed for those that require some kind of assistance and their groups only.
Do not purchase a ticket to this event if you are just trying to bypass the lines on other nights,
or you will NOT be admitted and will NOT receive a refund.
This event is very near and dear to our hearts, it's a special night for us too!
